This girl’s been dying to leave home so bad. I finally had the chance to accompany her out (of school and home). Yay her!
Siew leng and I went to Orchard in search of our Xmas gifts for YTSA’s year end cum xmas camp exchange gift and Secret Santa pressie! After six hours or so, we finally settled our presents. Yay! The hardest part was getting a present who you don’t know whom you’re getting for and it has to be of a budget of $10. You get a photo frame, you get whacked.
ANYWAY, we had breaks in between and ended our day pretty well at Cold Rock Ice Creamery at 313.
As the titles says it, the day kinda got.. awkward. We decided to visit Abercrombie & Fitch during one of the three breaks we’ve had, so, there wasn’t a queue.. We went in and saw a topless guy. With a photographer. Holding on to a Polaroid camera. We dashed past the entrance (both of them were standing right there) into the shop cuz we wanted to see how it was like inside (it was sl’s first time in there). Meanwhile I was considering if I should get a snap shot with their model AHHH. So while roaming through the store, we walked into many many awkward sections. It was so dark and crowded, we couldn’t see where we were going. We walked into the men’s section a couple of times and into the fitting room area too! Bet the staff thought we were like mentally retarded because we brushed past this same sales personnel more than three times. Lol right. Ok finally we went down and I decided to have a pic with him but before we did, omg I swear we stood there like we were lost new borns in the middle of Sahara desert or something. It was so awkward. Ok actually not….. Only siewleng was awkward! he he
We bumped into a few more people on the streets too. Specifically: Crazy people. There was this guy who stopped by and stuck himself onto the wall to let me pass OK EXCUSE ME IM NOT THAT FAT TO OCCUPY THE WHOLE SPACE THERE. Imagine yourself walking and this other guy comes by walking towards you and gets himself stuck onto the wall to let you pass when there is a space he can walk pass beside you. Omg I swear. I was like wtf
Soon enough, I walked straight into the Mediacorp actor, Terrence Cao. Both of us jerked backwards omg wtf fml it was so damn embarrassing
